What was that? I had never heard that term before. You can call it therapy or counseling, but what I see a lot of people calling it is “self-awareness.” So, what is self-awareness? What do you mean by that? Self-awareness is the awareness of your own thoughts, feelings, body, actions, and behaviors. You can think of self-awareness as the ability to see one’s self-identity.
Self-awareness is the ability to see one’s own actions, feelings, and thoughts. It is the ability to see where one’s own behaviors are coming from. It is the ability to see one’s own motivations and desires. To become aware of your thoughts and feelings is to be aware of your own identity.
